BC have recently undertaken a business strategy of expansion and like many other businesses, the pace of this expansion has been hampered by the arranging of ongoing finance. As a result we are now pleased to announce that BC have completed on a deal with Ethos Broking, part of the Bravo Group, and formerly Broker Network Partners. They have taken a majority share in the business moving forward in order to help us achieve our future growth ambitions.
The business continues to be led by Mark Bennett, Roger Christmas, Tom Stripp, Anna Prestwich and Viv Cooper and now employs over 50 people from its office in Burgess Hill.
The Group which includes Bennett Christmas Insurance Brokers, BC Underwriting and BC Health & Safety, a risk management consultancy, predominantly focus on commercial lines business and despite its rapid growth maintains a family feel. The existing workforce will join Ethos Broking as part of the deal and the office premises will be retained.
